Scope Of Work
FedEx Freight chose to replace its existing facility in Commerce City to better the metro area’s central location for east-west shipments. Once , the 173,300 square foot became the second largest distribution facility after Dallas among the company’s entire network. The facility includes a 210 door cross dock, maintenance facility and 2 story tilt up concrete office. The 75 acre site development included grading, roadway construction, paving and site utilities for the FedEx site and the balance of the development.
