Larry has more than 30 years of experience managing work in marine
construction and repairs. During his career at Reagan, he has
supervised the operation of construction sites for federal, state, and
municipal government agencies, as well as commercial customers. Larry
has overseen projects including pile driving and drilling, demolition,
dredging, marine salvage, steel sheeting installation, jetty and
breakwater construction and repairs, and tugboat and barge operation.
As part of his role as Operations Manager, he is also in charge of
quality control, safety, and environmental issues on marine
construction projects.
Larry has a B.S. in Marine Engineering from Maine Maritime Academy.
Prior to his career at Reagan, he worked as both an Electrical Design
Engineer and a Material Quality Engineer. As a testament to his
commitment to our core values, he has attended quality control
training sessions through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers/Naval
Facilities Engineering Command, safety and health training through
OSHA, and environmental compliance training. Larry is also a retired
Commander of the U.S. Navy Reserve.
