Emilia is a registered architect in New York state with strong design sensibility and coordination skills. Each of her projects tell a multidimensional story. Many of these stories were inspired from the creativity and uniqueness of the team of professionals she has been a part of, as well as her passion for yoga and keen interest in wellness, beautiful objects, fabrics and colors. Among her achievements are the offices of the airline Corsair in Paris and a number of hotels and vacation villages for the tourist agency New Frontiers on the French islands Guadeloupe, Martinique and Reunion.

Her expertise includes projects from the initial design phase through co-op and condo boards; Landmark Preservation Commission; and Department of Buildings reviews, approvals and construction administration. Emilia is an honors graduate of the University of Architecture and Engineering of Sofia from which she holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture.

Sarah has been an industry leader for the past six years. She has built her knowledge and portfolio from the ground up, through hard work, dedication, and an eye for design that is both whimsical and functional. With a passion for do-it-yourself projects, Sarah has always been drawn to the uniqueness of the trade. Sarah’s attention to detail can be seen in every project she undertakes and she is skilled in seeing projects through from commencement to estimation to execution, always taking into account the overall timeline and intended outlook. Sarah is communicative, organized and transparent, and constantly stays up to the date on the latest trends and techniques in the industry. Sarah works directly with clients to assist with finish material purchases, sometimes scouring the globe to find just the right look, so that the end result is always luxurious and timeless. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Pace University.
