Anthony has been driven by the work ethic he inherited from his family, and Mother Liliana who immigrated from Italy in the late 1960’s and early 70s. Having built a foundation seeing his grandfather Nonno Gregorio Anania who was a master builder in Southern Italy nick named ""Mastru Guori" and along side uncles working in the trades.

?Tony’s roots in construction trace back to his youth, when he spent summers as a laborer and worked along his parents’ family business.

Moving to the Florida in 2006 he then gained over 15 years of experience in South Florida's dynamic real estate and construction industry, from working with Commercial Brokerages, Home Builders, Developers and General Contractors which he leveraged it all to form BuildPoint Construction Group in 2015 as an South Florida leading commercial construction company.

?With well over 70 plus projects successfully completed, in over 13 industries and over a thousand appointed subcontractors appointed to his projects, As the President of BuildPoint Construction Group, Tony now leads the firm’s strategic direction for the future and is responsible for the organization’s general management of new business and the company’s sustainable project growth.

When he isn’t working, Tony lives in a Broward County neighborhood outside Fort Lauderdale with his wife and daughter. He enjoys golf, cooking, working out, reading and relaxing in Keys, or Sarasota beaches with his family.

Thomas is a seasoned Florida General Contractor Floridian with a long history in the construction industry. Thomas has successfully managed projects both public and private in the following sectors: Hotel, commercial, industrial, multi-unit, retail, and government. Thomas has 20 years of construction experience working from field to office. In addition to being an experienced Project Executive and Senior Vice President, Thomas has excelled in Field operations. He has experience in estimating, purchasing, contract and change management, project documentation, and business development.

Mourad is in involved in the planning and coordinating of technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project as per design, in accordance with Florida building codes and within their budget and according to a schedule.

As the Principle of GLC Engineering, Mourad is the lead design partner to work along with the BuildPoint Construction field team

?Other contributions include upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, permitting, developing project implementation plans and a

adjusting specifications for elements of a project.

An interior designer of residential and commercial spaces, Tess strives to design unique interiors that will have a positive impact on her clients’ lives.  With more than ten years of extensive and considerable experience, she possesses an innate desire to create and design interiors that exceed clients’ expectations.
