Brief:
Mr. Roy, President of ETS, is a technical expert with over 24 years
of experience in water resources management, including the qualitative
and quantitative analysis of groundwater and surface water systems,
wetlands, effluent disposal, and reuse systems. He is skilled in the
design, permitting, and construction of large, multi-discipline
projects, including, but not limited to, groundwater and surface water
supply and remediation, irrigation systems, wastewater effluent
disposal, reuse systems, animal waste and nutrient management systems,
solid waste management, and infrastructure rehabilitation. Mr. Roy has
experience working with a wide variety of clients throughout Florida
in the water resources and agricultural communities. Mr. Roy is a
licensed contractor and Professional Engineer with the State of
Florida and is the President of Royal Consulting Services, Inc.,
a companion company to ETS.
