Vice President of Construction and Qualifying General Contractor for
40 million square feet with $4 billion closed sales and 20,000 properties.
Provided leadership to the largest NYSE Homebuilder in the
United States during a 18-year career which resulted in the division
being the most profitable in the company's 47 markets. Annual sales
exceeded $500 Million with realized profits of $80 Million. Achieved
highest ranking in customer satisfaction by J.D. Powers and
Associates.
Led one of the top 25 NYSE Homebuilders to its best
division performance in 20-year history and increased profits in one
year by $16 Million.
Provided consulting services as a licensed
Florida Real Estate Broker and General Contractor to the most
successful condominium development in St. Lucie County, Florida and
served as the qualifying contractor for this $300 Million venture.
