Led one of the top 25 NYSE Homebuilders to its best division performance in 20-year history and increased profits in one year by $16 Million.
Provided consulting services as a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and General Contractor to the most successful condominium development in St. Lucie County, Florida and served as the qualifying contractor for this $300 Million venture. Licensed Community Association Manager (CAM).
