Scope Of Work
The lodge style building is stone-clad and designed to blend with existing historic facilities on the University’s campus. The labor intensive stone exterior took an eight man crew of craftsman eight months to complete, with stunning results. This four-story building holds 192 student residents.
BELL’s value engineering expertise saved the University more than $1 million, and although there were an excessive number days of inclement weather, the project was still completed on schedule. BELL served as the Construction Manager for the project.
