Scope Of Work
For the University of Memphis Law School renovation project, BELL turned the 5-story U.S. Post Office/Federal Courthouse into an award winning, modern college of law facility boasting of a new library, mock courtrooms, student lounges, classrooms, and administrative offices, while maintaining the historic structure and architectural details. The renovation included a full mechanical & electrical systems replacement, earthquake seismic upgrades, and new elevators.
BELL served as the Construction Manager for the project providing complete Preconstruction and Construction Phase services.
