Scope Of Work
Construction is underway for Hospital Corporation of America’s Lentz Public Health Center. Slated for completion in June of 2014, this 3-story, 106,000 SF building will replace the existing Lentz Public Health facility for residents of Metro Nashville. The new facility includes a combination of administrative offices, science and technology spaces, and health clinics. Designed for LEED Silver certification, significant energy conservation and reduction measures were incorporated. Sustainable elements include electrical vehicle charging stations to encourage alternative fuel use and the utilization of strategic water supply strategies, such as cisterns to collect rain and condensate water for irrigation.
