Scope Of Work
The original building was built in 1929 and was converted into a modern, full service, hotel property. The projects is a 12-story, hotel with 191 guestrooms that features six suites, a fitness center, lobby lounge, rooftop bar meeting and event space, a boardroom, and a 440 square-foot skyline room with a private terrace, bungalow bar and folding glass doors leading out to the rooftop pool.
BELL served as Design-Builder for the construction of the new Holston House Nashville hotel project and provided complete Preconstruction and Construction Phase services.
