Scope Of Work
The new two-story building consists of 40 classrooms, eight collaboration spaces, two STEM labs, a biology lab, a chemistry lab, a media center, an art room, a choral room, a band room, a full gymnasium, an auxiliary gym, sports facilities including a weight room, and a cafeteria and kitchen.
The structure consists of load-bearing CMU, structural steel, and hollowcore concrete planks. The façade includes brick, fiber cement cladding, and large two-story sections of curtainwall glazing in public spaces. Other exterior features include future football, baseball, and softball athletic fields.
BELL provided Construction Manager at Risk services for the project.
