TCI has established a Joint Venture with Pro-Pave Inc. DBA/ Pro Team Paving LLC. Pro-Team Paving, LLC is an SBA certified 8a joint venture between Team Consulting Inc and Pro-Pave Inc. and hold the following government schedules and multiple IDIQ's;
