Christine Founded NC Construction in 2018 after several years of Commercial Construction Industry experience across the country. She began her career with Samsung as the National Sales Coordinator developing for public tradeshows, recruiting construction professionals to design custom booths for each show, and managing budgets. She was promoted to Outside Sales management for the electronic imaging division under her mentor. After years of hard work and dedication, Christine took a hiatus from traveling to start a family of her own. A few years later she returned her focus to her career and entered into the commercial enterprise of the solar market. Working for one of the leading solar companies, she co-founded a nationwide industrial solar company where they specialized in full-service experience from design, engineering, procurement, and construction. Christine sold her shares and moved to San Antonio Texas to pursue a new venture into Commercial Construction and developed many relationships with prominent industry subcontractors. She then founded NC Construction Group and is eager to meet the needs of her clientele. 

Leading, Influencing Growth, and Process Empowerment are true passions of hers. In addition to being our Operations Manager, she is also a Business Manager overseeing a multi-million-dollar Agency Portfolio for one of the largest leading Media & Advertisement companies in the United States. She has a fervent desire to lead people and companies into success. Part of her leadership belief system is that no team can be great without a great leader. Throughout her career, she has worked for many top 100 companies such as iHeartRadio, Quicken Loans, Credit Acceptance, and Aramark Food Services leading, managing, and budgeting teams to the fulfillment and desired success of the company. During which, Jochlynn received awards and accolades for contributing exceptional concepts to enhance the company, along with overseeing top producing teams, leadership quality, and many others. She is thrilled to bring her ideas and creativity to our team. Apart from her many professional business ventures Jochlynn is quite in toon with her surrounding community as well and actively volunteers for the local food bank and her church.
