Owner, Holly Hoffman, uses her unique background as a WI Dept. of Revenue (DOR) auditor and sales tax speaker to help businesses navigate the complexities of sales and use tax compliance. While Holly was with the DOR, she implemented all contractor sales and use tax law changes between 2015 and 2019 for the state of WI including publishing guidance and providing presentations to tax professionals, organizations and businesses on how to comply with the laws. In 2018, Holly received the WI Dept. of Revenue External Customer Service Award for her sales tax training. Holly left DOR the end of 2019 to work on behalf of contractors providing them the tools and guidance on how the law applies to their business and the best way to stay in compliance. She also serves as the current Chair of WI Society of CPA's (WICPA) State and Local Taxation Committee (2022-2025) and on the Board of Directors for NE WI NARI.
