Bob VanHimbergen's Bio
Bob VanHimbergen is vice president, corporate controller of Johnson Controls. He will serve as a member of the enterprise leadership team and the global finance leadership team.
VanHimbergen began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998 and joined Johnson Controls in 2007 as the corporate director of Global Accounting. Since that time, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility at corporate and Power Solutions.
Most recently, he served as the CFO of Yanfeng Automotive Interiors, an Adient joint venture, where he built up the stand-alone Finance and other functions since its formation in 2015.
VanHimbergen graduated from St. Norbert College in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree of business administration in accounting. He currently serves on the board of directors at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital and Next Door Foundation.
Ganesh Ramaswamy's Bio
Ganesh Ramaswamy is vice president and president, Global Services for Johnson Controls. In this role, Ramaswamy serves as an officer of the company and provides leadership for the global service business, which is a critical part of Johnson Controls’ growth.
Ramaswamy is driving the company’s transformation in digital services by improving consistency of fundamentals across the company’s global direct channels, leveraging infrastructure and working closely with regional leaders to execute strategic priorities. He leads the integration of digital and service capabilities, including the launch of tailored services powered by OpenBlue technology that provide customizable solutions to customers around the globe.
Ramaswamy comes to Johnson Controls from Danaher, a diversified manufacturer of life sciences, diagnostics, and industrial products and services. His roles at Danaher included group executive, Marking & Coding; president, Videojet Technologies; and senior vice president, High Growth Markets for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. Before joining Danaher, Ramaswamy was the global president for Pentax Medical, a provider of endoscopic imaging devices and solutions. Earlier in his career, he worked at GE in a number of leadership roles across product development and general management.
Ramaswamy holds a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, an executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, an M.S. in mechanical engineering from Auburn University, and a B.Tech. in mechanical engineering from the University of Kerala. He is also a certified lean six sigma Master Black Belt.
George R. Oliver's Bio
George R. Oliver is chairman and CEO of Johnson Controls. Prior to becoming CEO on Sept. 1, 2017, he served as president and chief operating officer with responsibility for the company’s operating businesses and leading the integration of Johnson Controls and Tyco following their September 2016 merger.
Oliver previously served as chief executive officer of Tyco and as a member of its Board of Directors from September 2012 through the September 2016 merger with Johnson Controls. He joined Tyco in July 2006 as president of Tyco Safety Products and assumed additional responsibility as president of Tyco Electrical & Metal Products from 2007 through 2010. He was appointed president of Tyco Fire Protection in 2011.
Prior to Tyco, Oliver had a more than 20-year career with General Electric (GE), where he served in operational roles of increasing responsibility in several divisions, including as president and chief executive officer of GE Water and Process Technologies and president and chief executive officer of GE Engine Services, as well as previous leadership roles in GE's Aircraft Engines and Appliances divisions.
Oliver serves on the Board of Directors of Raytheon Company, a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense and other government markets throughout the world. He is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Board of Trustees. Oliver earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he serves as a member of the Board of Trustees.
Jeff Williams's Bio
Jeff Williams is vice president and president, Global Products, Building Technologies & Solutions, for Johnson Controls.
Williams recently served as vice president, Building Solutions,
Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America (EMEALA) for Johnson
Controls where he led sustained growth and improved margins across the region.
In his new role Williams will lead the Global Products segment
which reported fiscal 2018 annual revenue of $8.5 billion, which
includes Building Management Systems, HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment
and Specialty Products.
Williams, who joined Johnson Controls in 1984, previously
served as vice president of enterprise operations and engineering. He
led the company's $16 billion Automotive Experience spin-off resulting
in a separately traded company known as Adient. Prior to that, he was
group vice president and general manager, Product Group Complete Seat
and Supply Chain, Automotive Experience. He also drove standardization
in design, manufacturing processes and equipment to establish global
best practices for cost, quality and efficiency.
Williams has a bachelor's degree in business administration
from Western Michigan University and a MBA from the University of Detroit.
John Donofrio's Bio
John Donofrio is executive vice president and general counsel of Johnson Controls.
Previously, Donofrio was vice president, secretary and general counsel of Mars, Incorporated. Prior to Mars, Donofrio held the general counsel and secretary role at the Shaw Group, Inc. and Visteon Inc.
Earlier, Donofrio was a partner and trial attorney at Kirkland & Ellis and went in-house to become Honeywell’s vice president intellectual property and deputy general counsel. He later became vice president and general counsel of Honeywell Inc.’s Aerospace division.
Donofrio serves on the Medical College of Wisconsin Board of Trustees. He also serves on the board of directors of FARO Technologies, Inc. He has a degree in chemical engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering and a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in trade regulation from George Washington University Law Center.
Marlon Sullivan's Bio
Marlon Sullivan is executive vice president & chief human resources officer of Johnson Controls.
Previous to joining Johnson Controls in October 2021, he held the position of senior vice president for human resources for Delta Airlines.
Prior to his role at Delta, Sullivan has served as a Vice President in HR with Abbott Laboratories, and his experience also includes HR roles of increasing responsibility with The Home Depot.

Nate Manning's Bio
Nate Manning is vice president and president, Building Solutions, North America
Manning will oversee all elements of strategy development and execution in Building Solutions, North America, focusing on driving growth by delivering customer outcomes that build on the Company’s commercial, services and digital strategy, including the recently launched dynamic digital architecture, OpenBlue.
Manning most recently held the role of vice president, Field Operations, Building Solutions North America, where he was responsible for safety and performance in the field installation and services organization.
Manning joined Johnson Controls in 2019 and previously held a number of global leadership roles, including general manager, Operational Excellence at GE Power, president & general manager for GE Energy Connection Services and vice president & general manager, Eaton Aerospace.
In his preceding leadership roles in GE Aviation, he was responsible for profit and loss, commercial strategies, and life cycle management. Nate started his career as a design engineer.

Olivier Leonetti's Bio
Olivier Leonetti is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Johnson Controls. He assumed the role in November 2020.
Previously, Leonetti served as senior vice president, CFO for Zebra Technologies, where he was instrumental in repositioning Zebra Technologies as a global leader in Internet of Things (IOT) and Intelligent Automation technologies. With responsibility for more than 1,000 employees, Leonetti managed all finance and IT functions, including Investor Relations and Global Business Services.
Prior to Zebra Technologies, Leonetti was executive vice president and CFO for Western Digital Corporation, where he was an active leader in the repositioning of the company to leverage opportunities created by the digital revolution. In this role, Leonetti developed and implemented enterprise strategy including disinvestments and digital transformation of the company culture, including leading the rationale for the high profile acquisition of SanDisk, a leader in flash memory.
Tomas Brannemo's Bio
Tomas Brannemo is vice president and president, Building Solutions Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America (EMEALA). In this role Brannemo will serve as an officer of the company and oversee Johnson Controls Building Technologies & Solutions operations across EMEALA.
Previously Brannemo served as senior vice president, Water Infrastructure and Europe Commercial Team, and president, Xylem Europe Gmbh, where he was responsible for all aspects of global operations as well as overseeing Xylem's key functions for the European region.
Earlier in his career, Brannemo served in a number of leadership positions in Xylem and held positions with Volvo Construction Equipment and ABB Automation Products.

Visal Leng is vice president and president, Building Solutions, APAC.
In this role, Leng will serve as an officer of the company and oversee Johnson Controls Building Technologies & Solutions operations across the Asia Pacific region.
Leng joins the company from Baker Hughes, a GE Company where he served as president Asia Pacific of the world’s first and only full stream provider of integrated oil-field products, services and digital solutions.
Prior to the merger of Baker Hughes with GE in 2017, Leng held a number of roles with increasing responsibility with GE, including president of its Asia Pacific oil and gas operations.
Leng holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) in France.
