Blue Curb, a veteran-owned business, was started in 2008 under the name “Steam 360”. Steam 360 started by providing HOT-water pressure washing services for restaurants in the northern VA & DC market. We quickly added larger customers to include shopping centers, strip malls, HOA's and apartment complexes. We now offer several services with a focus on commercial property exterior maintenance including; hot-patch asphalt repairs, parking lot & garage striping, landscaping maintenance, snow plowing,, awnings & window washing.   Our newest service traffic control and flagging services.  We are constantly evolving and adding services. As our customer’s needs change, so will we. Our only constant is to provide outstanding customer service as we not only want to earn but keep your business.
