I have had the pleasure of working with ITHS since I joined Live Nation as CTO Concerts North America in January of 2017. ITHS was engaged in the deployment of high-density Wi-Fi at many of our venues as the construction partner for Cisco Advanced Services. My team and I have worked closely with owner Frank Ervin on this project and found ITHS to be a valuable resource for our field needs.

Due to that successful relationship, Live Nation has chosen ITHS to be a partner on all future Wi-Fi projects and CCTV installations. Frank and I have often reminisced about our past in hospitality, as I served as CTO for MGM Resorts World Wide and he was a General Manager for Hilton.

I have found ITHS exemplifies the word “partner” and brings quality, reliability, and value to
projects. I would not hesitate recommending ITHS for projects that include design and
deployment of infrastructure and network gear.

I am writing this letter of endorsement for IT Hospitality Solutions based on my working relationship with the company over the past 3 years. I first started working with ITHS on a
large nationwide project for Live Nation where Cisco Advanced Services chose ITHS as our installation partner for 30 outdoor amphitheaters where we were deploying High Density
Wi-Fi. From the very onset, I was impressed by Frank’s energy and involvement in the project. He personally visited every site and worked very closely with me throughout the
entire project. He and his team quickly earned my respect and I felt very comfortable involving them in design related decisions. Their ability to build strong relationships from
the exec level down to the site level was crucial to the success of the project. As a partner, I could not ask for more as they were very flexible and creative when unforeseen issues
would arise (as they very often do on large-scale nationwide projects). I would also add that I admired the quality of their work, attention to details, and responsiveness
throughout the duration of the project.

Since the Live Nation project, I have continued to keep close contact with ITHS and look forward to working with them again on future projects. I would highly recommend them
as an installation/design partner for others.
