Scope Of Work

A two-tower condo building and hotel in the heart of Daytona beachside. The project will consist of two 300-foot tall condo buildings near the eastern tip of Oakridge Boulevard. There will be 120 condos and 501 hotel rooms with both ocean and river views. Plans call for a 7,500 square foot retail space, a 7,000 square foot hotel restaurant, and 18,000 feet of ballroom and meeting spaces.
