Our company was originally established in 2008 to provide renovation and construction services to the hospitality industry. During this phase, the company was one of the first construction companies in the Orlando area to enclose an open hotel walkway and make it a comfortable and inviting interior corridor successfully.

In 2010, Craig Greene took over the company exclusively and continued to serve mainly the hospitality industry through renovations and new construction. In addition to the hospitality industry, we are also well versed in commercial construction and have completed many interior upfits and build-outs for our restaurant and retail clients. We are also experienced in pre-construction services and can assist with design of budget planning.

Prior to your project beginning, we will objectively review each potential subcontractor and will assemble a team that will best fit the needs of our project and budget. In the beginning and throughout the life of the project we will strive to maintain communications with each of the subcontractors to maximize each of their areas of expertise and give accurate and professional guidance to each trade. We have over the years developed many lifelong relationships with many subcontractors throughout the country and are able to call upon those relationships to achieve a positive experience for our owners.

Gryffin Construction prides itself on maintaining an atmosphere of safety and has our own in-house safety professionals certified in many phases of OSHA compliance to oversee our projects. All of Gryffin’s supervisors must have a minimum of an OSHA 30 to work for the company with ongoing training in many subjects at regular intervals.

We are current members of the ABC and NAWIC and have developed a program within our company to help train and mentor future young professionals within the construction industry.
