Sha has more than 32 years of experience in architecture and construction management. He has managed high-level positions in operations and project management, sales, and architectural design. In addition he is knowledgeable and skilled in all phases of project and program development and implementation.

With expertise in variety of construction project development in various capacities, Sha has experience in design, construction specifications preparation, bid and award packages and process, permit processing, sales, space planning, construction developments, transportation, street escape design and construction, infrastructure installation including water, sewer pipelines as well as electrical vaults and transformer pads, estimating, cost control &analysis, and scheduling. He has coordinated 20 projects simultaneously and supervised 320+ employees for large commercial and residential projects.

Adonna Ebrahimi, Business Development Executive, joined our team in the New Year. With a background in advertising /marketing and account services, she acts as a liaison with our clients and staff, develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients, and ensures customer satisfaction. You may very well find her about town, participating in various networking groups making connections and building relationships.

With over 25 years experience in running various departments and multiple business units, Ni Ni has a proven track record of managing all aspects of any business. Throughout her business life, Ni Ni has delivered and has supervised the delivery of multi million dollars projects. Her abilities and insights in identifying the opportunities with sound financial returns has brought in profitable high return development projects (land to construction) for Forefront’s clients. Additionally her monetary accuracy and timely financial reporting which results in transparencies in the projects has contributed to question free deliveries. Her multifaceted talents has offered high standards in client satisfaction in every position she has held in her business career, ranging from Vice Presidency to account management, Ni Ni holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science degree from California State University, Los Angeles.
