Having worked closely with Ikohn as their scheduling expert on the 50 Paramount project, I can say without a doubt that Israel is highly competent in managing schedule risk on construction projects. His level of technical knowledge and the emphasis put on schedule management was exceptional, and on a level rarely seen from construction managers in Florida. I would highly recommend Ikohn to any real estate developer who is looking for a the best owner's representative in the business.
