Coqui Contracting LLC

COQUI Contracting, LLC was founded in 2007 by Miguel H. Arrate.  Who at the time has had over twenty years of experience in the construction industry and has worked the last seventeen years for a General Contractor in the DC metro area. 

Since the beginning, COQUI Contracting's commitment to its client has been to do it right the first time, to give them top quality product for a competitive cost.

We have an in house crew as well a group of sub-contractors to provide top quality results. We believe to give our sub-contractors the needed support which improves the end result and benefits our clients.

Some of our clients include some big property management firms , medium, small, government agencies  and some owner managed buildings.
