Elliot Jones is a managing member of Ironcore Construction, a licensed general contractor and has more than 30 years of construction management experience. Mr. Jones is responsible for the “hands-on” day to day management of all Ironcore projects. Prior to joining Ironcore Mr. Jones served as the managing executive and owner representative on the construction of a 650 room hotel.

Prior to this position, Mr. Jones served as the managing member of Jones Construction and Development where he completed more than $350 million dollars of multi-family and office developments. Mr. Jones has also held similar positions at Matrix Development and Bovis Lend Lease where he completed a total of $300 million of developments spanning projects that included hospital wings, multi-family, and office projects.

Harry Kominksi, the Chief Estimator at Ironcore Construction, has been working in San Diego for over 30 years, with over 40+ years of construction and engineering experience.

Mr. Kominski leads all our estimating, purchasing, cost analysis and control processes. A lifelong San Diego native, prior to Ironcore, Mr. Kominski was president of H.C.Kominski and Associates. A certified professional estimator, licensed as both A & B General Contractor, he has performed estimating, feasibility studies and consulting services to major residential, homebuilding, military, governmental and commercial clients. He is particularly experienced in complex site work, grading, wet and dry utility work.

A past president of the San Diego chapter of the American Society of Professional Estimators and a current member, Mr. Kominski has been teaching estimating and construction practices at San Diego State University and other private institutions for 20 years.

Dani Tiffany-Schaefer joined the Ironcore team with more than 27 years in the Construction Industry.  She started her career in AZ building ground up commercial spaces, hotels and multifamily before relocating back to Southern California in the San Diego area.  She found a passion for the multifamily sector and has been involved in several upscale projects such as SOHO Live/Work/Play in Scottsdale, AZ, Rosedale Residence in Phoenix, AZ and Urban Edge in San Diego, CA.

Prior to joining Ironcore, Mrs. Schaefer was the lead Project Manager for a $112M - 480-unit community in Chula Vista.  This was a 15-acre site that included (4) four story buildings and (4) three story buildings, all wood framed and slab on grade.  She led all onsite Project Management operational activities.  

Josh Lee has more than 19 years of general contracting and construction management experience working in mixed-use, multifamily renovation, specialty, and commercial space type projects. In the last five years Josh has played a key leadership role in two large scale, new build mid-rise, mixed-use commercial development projects in San Diego. This most recent work includes tenant improvements, retail development, and ground up design-build construction. Josh also assisted with developing proforma analytics for the owner builder, and delivery of the project through close out.

Pablo Espinosa serves Ironcore Construction as an on-site project manager. Prior to joining Ironcore, he was a senior project manager at Pacifica Companies. In that role, he site managed both out of the ground and renovation projects that included both multi-family and hotel developments.

Mr. Espinosa has more than 15 years of project management experience, is an architect and a graduate of Columbia University’s Master of Science in Real Estate program.
