• Soft and Targeted Demolition – Our goal is always to maintain structure integrity when is required while maintain the upmost protocols of safety. We have carried-out project (tenant Improvement) in Apartment/condominium building where most indoor structures were to remain. 
• Situation Awareness - Depending on the atmosphere of the job requires extra controls in place such as dust control, safety & hazards control & command. We are currently working at a project inside Santa Rita Jail Nurse Station. Besides the facility requires extra safety protocols, our priority is to abide by all regulations of the county while accomplish all required tasks in a productive manner.
• Structural Demolition – Major structure demolition roadways, parking lots, driveways, foundations, concrete slabs, stairs associated with access and etc., All operations that may involve the use of heavy motorized equipment in order to demolish structure while maintaining dust control in place.
• All Demolitions | Rubbish Removal and Hauling debris, recyclables are taken to the appropriate facilities.
• Excavations – Utilize all require tools in order to accomplish the task. The size of the job dictates our strategy- by hand, or with heavy excavator…we do it all
