I contacted AJ directly because I was refered to CW by Daiken, who I contacted in a desperate attempt to get my less than 2 year old minisplit repaired. AJ was excell;ent on the phone and even though this company generally only does commercial refridgeration, he could help me out. (I had three failed attempts with other companies who were not well versed in minisplits, especially Daiken)
Although there was a hiccup in the scheduling, they made everything right. (seriously excelent customer service) The entire staff from the scheduler to the service personel that came to our home were friendly, professional and caring.
They tech was clean and tidy, well dressed and he made certain he was wearing boot booties as to not damage or dirty our floors. I assured him our floors were crap and he didn;t need to waste his time with the foot covers (we live on very dusty horse property), but he insisted anyway. He was knowledgable and explained things thoroughly.
I would reccomend this company highly. After speaking to the owner, I knew immediately they ran a tight business and that I would be well taken care of, I was not wrong.
