Economy Home Builders is family owned and operated by Keith and Steve Fleming. We serve Hart County, Franklin County, Elbert County, and the entire Lake Hartwell area. Our company is a licensed general contractor (#RLCI001052) and a licensed septic tank installer company (#1714, individual certificate #I-13662-RC) in the state of Georgia. We also have our EPA lead-safe certification (#NAT-37919-1) and have been a member of PICS, a prequalification system for contractors since 2009.
