 Aphrodite Construction Company, Inc. is a construction management and general contracting firm specializing in high quality personalized residences.  Aphrodite is a family owned business and is considered to be a leading builder of custom homes focused in the lower Hudson Valley.  Joseph Marinelli founded Aphrodite Construction in 1968 and continues to be an integral part of the company. 
  Through the years, Aphrodite has evolved into a vertically integrated construction company.  Aphrodite has its own excavation crews and equipment, carpenters – framing and finishing crews, tile installers and experienced project managers for each job.  This is a distinct advantage in that we have better quality control with our own employees, and we are also able to complete our projects in a timely manner.  We build upscale homes with individual and personal attention given to the buyer and their particular needs.  Built with that special eye for detail and quality craftsmanship, we are truly proud of our accomplishments.  Our reputation is built on honesty and quality that can be seen in our projects and our lives.  With all this experience, we know how to construct a home of quality and beauty for the most discerning tastes.
