Scope Of Work
Complete of the approximately 30,000 square feet of the Palm Beach County Wellington Branch Library on the side of Forest Hill Boulevard. The s included special flooring for the kids area, new carpet, new lighting, electrical, and security systems upgrade. Includes the replacement of the existing new entire-building air conditioning chiller. Exterior work includes re-asphalt of the entire parking lot and landscape upgrade.
