Alison Gorham's Bio
Alison serves as the Director of Wisconsin Market for McShane Construction Company and leads the firm’s Southern Wisconsin Regional Office. She joined McShane in 2012 and was promoted to her current role to provide management assistance in the design/build and general construction process for the firm’s Wisconsin operations.
Alison is responsible for managing projects and providing leadership for McShane’s assignments, specifically within multi-family, commercial and institutional markets. She contributes proven expertise in performing pre-construction evaluations, value-engineering research, review and confirmation of subcontractor bid submittals and construction efficiency studies. She possesses extensive experience working on adaptive reuse projects and with community-based organizations within urban settings.

Bob is responsible for overseeing the finances of McShane Construction Company. He directs the firm’s overall financial planning process and manages the firm’s relationships with the financial community.
Furthermore, he oversees Construction’s treasury function and periodic financial reports to the Board of Directors and senior management team. He also directs the company’s risk management and insurance programs as well as the company’s human resources and technology departments. Bob is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Dan serves as Chief Strategy Officer & General Counsel for The McShane Companies. In his role, he coordinates strategic planning and risk management strategies while overseeing the company’s legal matters on a national basis and provides in-house legal advice to the firm, offering guidance in the strategic decision-making process.
Dan previously served as an Associate in the Real Estate Department of Chicago-based Winston & Strawn, LLP. He attended Colgate University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology, and the University of Notre Dame Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude.
Jeff Raday's Bio
Jeff joined McShane Construction Company as Vice President in 1996 and was named President of the firm in 1998. Through 20+ years of service at McShane, Jeff has guided the firm’s growth into one of the nation’s leading design/build construction organizations.
His personal commitment to client satisfaction has contributed to McShane’s national reputation for construction excellence, resulting in a high percentage of repeat business.
Jeff oversees the firm’s national construction activities from its headquarters office in Rosemont, Illinois and four regional offices in Auburn, Alabama; Irvine, California; Phoenix, Arizona and Madison, Wisconsin. He is responsible for identifying new business expansion opportunities and providing ongoing strategic planning to support further growth within specific product types and geographic locales. Jeff attended Valparaiso University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and The University of Chicago where he received a Master of Business Administration.

Jim serves as Chief Executive Officer of McShane Construction Company, a firm he founded in 1984. Jim’s leadership, creativity and intuitive knowledge of design/build construction propelled the organization into one of the nation’s premier construction service firms.
The growth and success of McShane is anchored upon Jim’s dedication to the core commercial markets of industrial and office while evolving into growing sectors such as multi-family and healthcare. Today, the firm continues to enjoy a solid base of market diversity, geographical expansion and numerous successes on behalf of highly-respected clients.
Jim’s focus and dedication to growth and market scope has enhanced the firm’s platform on a national basis. McShane has grown from a single-office construction operation in suburban Chicago into a national multi-office organization with locations in Auburn, Alabama; Irvine, California; Phoenix, Arizona and Madison, Wisconsin. Jim graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota.

As Chief Operating Officer, Molly provides day-to-day leadership and management of The McShane Companies, focusing her efforts on long-term strategic growth and operational excellence.
Molly consistently delivers innovative thinking on behalf of a wide range of projects, markets and geographical areas. During her long-standing tenure with the McShane organization, she has held a variety of positions within the construction and development businesses. She has focused on a wide variety of product types and, as a result, possesses extensive knowledge of the industrial, multi-family, office, healthcare and commercial market sectors.
This comprehensive experience grants Molly a unique perspective of the entire commercial real estate development and construction process, contributing to the overall growth and success of the firm.

Mat Dougherty's Bio
As Executive Vice President & Regional Manager of McShane Construction Company’s Rosemont office, Mat oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm’s headquarters and Midwest Region and is a pivotal team member in the strategic planning process.
He contributes over 18 years of construction experience at the McShane organization with a focus on the multi-family residential and commercial construction markets.
Mat establishes and maintains many of the firm’s relationships with clients, real estate developers and the brokerage community as well as governmental officials, architects and other affiliated industry representatives. He contributes proven leadership and experience providing direction and guidance throughout the region to ensure a growing portfolio of assignments, on-schedule project deliveries and superior client satisfaction. Mat is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Northwestern University where he attended the Kellogg School of Management for a Master of Business Administration. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Illinois.

Catherine Bressie's Bio
As Director of Information Technology, Catherine is responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure. She ensures that appropriate technology and infrastructure is available to support the achievement of business goals and objectives. She develops strategic plans and risk management strategies to support the installation of technology products that enhance business performance.
Catherine possesses 17+ years in IT, with over 14 years dedicated to McShane Construction Company. She has been instrumental in the implementation of new technologies and IT strategies nationwide to accommodate the rapid growth of the firm. As a result of several technology initiatives, Catherine has enhanced the mobility and productivity of construction personnel while cutting down on communication time – allowing McShane’s project teams to work with 100% efficiency from anywhere across the country. Catherine is a Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Administrator.
Josh Vidro's Bio
Josh joined The McShane Companies in 2015 and offers over 15 years of industry experience. As Vice President – Marketing, he directs and oversees all marketing activities. He designs, implements and monitors effective marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals. Josh ensures that the marketing team’s activities contribute to McShane’s long-term success.
Prior to joining The McShane Companies, Josh held various marketing leadership roles in the A/E/C industry. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University, and is a member of the Society for Marketers of Professional Services.

Ellen Hilgendorf's Bio
As Vice President of Finance for McShane Construction Company, Ellen oversees the financial management and accounting functions for the firm, as well as manages the firm’s relationships with outside financial entities, including its bonding and insurance relationships.
With over 20 years of service at McShane, Ellen supervises a professional staff of accounting associates dedicated to processing the complex financial transactions that occur throughout the construction process. Ellen has been instrumental in the implementation of new procedures and strategies to accommodate the growing volume of financial and accounting matters for McShane on a national basis. Ellen attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and DePaul University where she received a Master of Business Administration in Finance . Ellen is also a Certified Public Accountant.
