Scope Of Work
McShane Construction Company was selected by Affinity Healthcare to provide comprehensive design/build services for its new medical office facility on a 6.3-acre site on Busch Parkway in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
The exterior of the 63,200-square-foot, single-story facility features a load bearing architectural precast facade, solar sun screens and a distinctive entrance lobby with an architectural element.
Parking for 315 vehicles is provided on the site at a ratio of five spaces per 1,000 gross square feet of building area.
Physician practice space for owner/occupants includes internal medicine, orthopaedic, otolaryngology, pediatrics, podiatry, urgent care, urology and ’s care areas. Clinical support services provided in the facility include imaging, diagnostic services and physical therapy.
