next to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in the heart of Westwood, the development was designed to match elements of the surrounding historical Westwood architecture. The steel frame and cast-in-place concrete structure consists of four stories of office and space constructed over a three-story, underground parking structure with a brick, glass and metal panel exterior.
The building incorporates rooftop bio filtration planters, high ceilings, efficient lighting, state-of-the-art HVAC and sound insulation, making it a desirable, energy-efficient property for businesses. Tenants also have access to an electric vehicle charging station and 88 parking spaces within the three-story parking garage.
