John lives in Lakeland, NY, with his wife Lisa and their two children Kristen and Jonathan.  His easy laid back manner makes working with Smolen Homes stress free.  Each client has easy access to him during the process.

Peggy represents Smolen Homes and can help clients locate lots to build on.  She also helps market clients existing homes if needed.  She has experience and knowledge in the new construction field and can assist clients during the process.  Our goal is to make building with Smolen Homes fun and stress free.

Tori has been working with Smolen Homes since the Parade of Homes 2013.  She has been the designer for the Award Winning Parade Homes ever since.  Tori works with many of our clients to make the process smooth and easy.  She has a real talent for finding each individual’s style and adds flair to make each home unique.
