As the owner of RCM, Inc. and current board member for the Home Builders Association of Southwest Missouri, which is an organization that holds its members/contractors to the highest standards in quality and business
practices, I have been building custom projects in the four state area for approximately 28 years. Between my carpenters, and myself, we have well over 60 years of experience.

We care a great deal about quality. We will constantly search for the best material and building products on the market. Things can be done cheaper with lower end products; however, we encourage our customers to always look at the long term benefits.
