Christopher Daunno's Bio
Chris Daunno is the primary contact for each project. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, Chris is on-site regularly to coordinate trades, oversee materials and product deliveries, and supervise the overall construction. Chris is approachable, reliable, and he goes the extra mile to provide guidance and help customers make key decisions at every phase of the project. In addition, Chris negotiates vendor discounts and works diligently to find new products and solutions so he can offer clients the best solutions at the best reasonable price. Chris prides himself on being friends with the homeowner even after the job is complete. Chris welcomes his customers to call him any time for assistance, services, advice, questions, and access to CAD’s preferred vendors and suppliers.
Chris Daunno’s Experience
With over 25 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Chris understands how important it is for you to work with the right company to complete your home transformation. From additions to kitchens to custom homes, Chris has the skills and knowledge to manage home transformations while making it a pleasant experience for his clients.
Past experience includes working with family in Daunno Development Company. At DDC Chris was a managing partner building single family homes and additions throughout Union, Somerset, Middlesex and Essex Counties.
Prior to DDC, Chris was a partner with Mystic Development Company – building sub divisions of single family homes, retail centers and flex office buildings throughout the state of New Jersey.
Prior to Mystic Chris was the Senior Project Manager for Denholtz Associates, a NJ Developer – Chris spent 6 years building tenant improvements and retail centers including the Lily Tulip Redevelopment in Holmdel. The Lily Tulip consisted of transforming an 160 acre contaminated property transformed into a three part sub division. Part 1 consisted of a 235,000 square foot shopping center entitled “The Commons at Holmdel”. Parts 2 & 3 included a class A office building and a senior retirement community.
The Shopping center (similar to Blue Star Shopping center in Watchung) included major retailers such as Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Linens & Things, Modell’s, Old Navy, Houlihans, Pier 1 Imports, Its Greek to me, The Turning Point, Hallmark, Ulta, Lens Crafters and several more. In addition to the shopping center, Chris was in charge of ground up construction for a class A office building leased by Meridian Health Care. This building was 40,000 square feet and included multiple doctors, lawyers and other business offices.
