Caliber Commercial Group

Brian Grant was bitten by the building bug early in his life. With a degree in building construction from Texas A&M University, 12 years of “bottom up” experience in the commercial development and construction industry and a passion to build, Brian established a commercial development and construction company, Caliber Commercial Group in 1997.

For the next 12 years, partnering with local commercial real estate companies, Caliber provided development and construction expertise to successfully complete over 300,000 square feet of new office buildings and 2,000,000 square feet of new environmentally controlled warehouse facilities in Texas, Florida, Louisiana and Arizona. 

In 2009, Caliber began part two of its goal for the business, to be a highly skilled, commercial construction company that clients would rely on to provide them with the highest quality final product, on-time and in budget.  Beginning in 2009, Caliber began to build directly for real estate owners, tenants, architects, engineers, property managers and designers. To date the company has successfully completed hundreds of projects for high-profile clients within the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.
