Ken uses his 30 years of experience in management to run ISS’s operations at peak performance. He has managed hundreds of employees and overseen 5 million square feet of buildings and operations in North America and Europe. Ken was a key figure in achieving and sustaining the International Standards Organization’s certification for quality, excellence, and environmental management. Ken’s desire to help property owners and businesses meet legislative requirements regarding stormwater is ultimately helping municipalities and the environment as well.

A civil engineer licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with over 14 years of experience consulting for municipal, authority, and private utility owners while designing and constructing water and wastewater infrastructure. Experience in sanitary sewer rehabilitation, construction management, and project permitting make a great fit for all projects. Implements efficient and cost-effective designs that meet the latest regulations and keep construction schedules on track. With his experience in project and client management, he is well suited to lead the engineering team as they continue to produce progressive stormwater solutions.

Estimating Engineer at ISS, with more than 8+ years experience in the construction industry. Stephen has an extensive background in third-party QA/QC with several certifications from the International Code Council and American Concrete Institute. He continues to focus on his growth within the construction industry through all phases of work including estimating, project management and client care.
