Scope Of Work
This project includes the demolition of an existing concrete entrance ramp along with a concrete
retaining wall surrounding the walkway to the basement. A new handicap accessible concrete
walkway and new brick/cmu wall will be installed. Other interior renovations include HVAC units,
plumbing, electrical, bathroom renovations and the remodeling of several rooms including new
flooring, walls and ceilings within the basement and first floor of the facility
