1992-1999: LARSEN & TOUBRO LIMITED – ECC CONSTRUCTION GROUP
Started as a trainee engineer and gradually rose to become a project manager in one of the premier and topmost construction companies in India. Experience includes working with the field staff for construction of Nuclear Power Plant and other commercial projects. Established technical know-how of all activities including site-work, concrete, masonry, stucco, pre-stressing, roofing, etc and completed
them from concept to commissioning. Also, assisted regional project managers in regional offices and made presentations for multiple projects of the western region – Infrastructure division ranging from estimating, monthly job cost reports, monitoring cost and implementing cost control measures to improve the bottom line.
1999-2016: DESBUILD INCORPORATED
Started as a project manager and promoted to Vice President. Currently, working on multiple projects with federal agencies like Department of Defense, Department of Navy, General Services Administration, Architects of the Capitol, Department of State, Department of Justice - FBI, Overseas Business Operations, etc. Work includes cost estimating, budget, subcontractor buyouts, submittals, client and subcontractor correspondences, Invoicing, change management, Personnel Management, Procurement and Logistics, Request for information, closeout procedures, cost tracking and cash flow
management.
