Prestige Homes is the oldest locally owned and operated custom home builder in San Antonio. 

Since 1959, Prestige Homes has had the same commitment to the customer as when Lloyd Booth founded Prestige Homes.  Today, Todd Booth, continues the family tradition of quality, pride and integrity in every home with COO,  John Brown.  John also has decades of experience and together they are continuing to grow the legacy of Prestige Homes; building a quality home that reflects today’s lifestyle is the promise made to each and every customer.   

The main office is managed by an experienced team that has a vested interest in the business, neighborhoods and homes we build.  House files are maintained for warranty for 10 years.  Personal consultations with a licensed certified interior designer to review options and make selections are made available.   Prestige Homes offers a true custom experience by providing a private showroom and selections for the home.  Every exterior elevation is customized to the buyers wants and needs.  Both Todd and John have excellent relationships with our project managers, contractors, vendors, realtors and home owners and maintain a high level of quality, pride and integrity in each Prestige Home.
