Anthony Pagano's Bio
Tony Pagano’s professional history in the construction industry began with HRH Construction over 35 years ago in New York City, where he acted in the capacity as a supervisor on many of the premier Class A office buildings, retailers and large development hospitality groups. There, he helped oversee the builds for several renowned structures including Trump Tower, Worldwide Plaza, Jacob A. Javitz Center and the transformation of the Grand Hyatt. After leaving HRH in the early 1980s, Mr. Pagano joined a burgeoning interiors builder where he quickly rose in the ranks as a trusted project manager for their newly created Special Projects Division directing complicated, large-scale construction projects. In 1985 , Tony accepted the challenging role as Director of Operations for a global industrial/environmental remediation firm. His work there came at a pivotal time for the company and more significantly for the building industry in New York, for it represented a period of pioneering innovations in asbestos abatement technologies consistent with new regulations resulting from Local Law 70/76. In early 1987, Tony founded his own construction management and general contracting company, establishing offices in the US and abroad; a move that, over the next two decades, culminated with him further parlaying his extensive expertise into real estate development.
Mr. Pagano is an active participant in the New York City community, contributing in a variety of philanthropic ways to its social, cultural, and business interests. He contributes his time and skills to several not-for-profit organizations, including serving as a trustee for the Epiphany School Foundation, as well as St. Francis Xavier where he works closely with the Jesuit community and their homeless mission. Mr. Pagano has also established several businesses in New York, including the international shipping company, Globalink Worldwide Express.
Susan Wright's Bio
Susan’s career in real estate finance, development, marketing and sales commenced more than 30 years ago where she held various Executive Management positions, including overseeing bulk/end loan financing and directing multiple teams to market and sell commercial as well as new and renovated large-scale residential condominium developments. Throughout this process, she collaborated with attorneys and renowned architects, developers and designers to pinpoint floor plan layouts, pricing for new and converted projects and to identify target markets for position product. Her vision, efficient budget analysis and keen direction of marketing plans aided in achieving maximum sellout results for her clients.
In 2006, Ms. Wright brought her cumulative years of experience to Marlboro Group International where she has combined her knowledge of business, building, marketing, finance and technology with all facets of value-based, solution-focused completion of projects. Her leadership ability and strategic business planning and market development proficiency has led her to taking the helm at Marlboro Group in 2009.
Susan holds a BS degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Spanish from Russell Sage College, and has taken additional MBA and Real Estate courses at Union College and New York University. She supports a number of philanthropic organizations and is a member of ULI, PWC, REBNY and has completed her LEED credentials. Ms. Wright has recently obtained the distinguished Women’s Business Enterprise National Council Certification (WBENC) for MGI. This certification affirms the business is woman-owned, operated and controlled.

George Salinovich's Bio
George is a well-respected construction professional who brings 23 solid years of diverse construction experience to extend to our clients at MGI. Starting as a union laborer in his teens, Salinovich has risen thru the ranks to become the “go to” guy for many of MGI’s top accounts; Mayer Brown, LLP, The National Basketball Association, RR Donnelley, Stein Roe and AIG, to name a few. George has seen this industry from 360 degrees and has never in his career failed to deliver a project on time or with the exact standards demanded by our clients. He is a true asset to any size project team and will always be counted as the pace setter when driving toward a projects goals. Mr. Salinovich received his B.S. in Business Administration from Montclair State University, is a LEED AP Candidate and is OSHA Certified.
