Scope Of Work
Hoover Ferguson has approximately 25,845 sqft under roof. It contains a 2 story office box, with approximately 3,383 sqft on the first floor and 3,485 sqft on the second floor. The shop contains a service bay of 8,800 sqft. The facility also contains wash-bay of 10,055 sqft where Hoover Ferguson will wash off and cleanout their container equipment from the field. The wash-bay contains ozonated cleaning and filtering equipment that the customer will install to reuse and recycle the water used in washing their equipment. Phoenix Construction will be installing sloped concrete floors to a series of trench drains that will flow into containment pit to collect this water before being recycled and reused. The facility will also contain a 105 sqft well house.
We are excited to working on a project that contains some much leading edge equipment to help reduce waste out in the field.
