Saviano Builders

Saviano Builders is a boutique building firm. I know cute, but what does that mean? It means that we only handle a few large projects at a time. This allows me, yours truly, Thomas A. Saviano, the Owner and Contractor to be at each job site almost daily. I have found this to be essential for keeping personally in touch with the progress and quality of each project.

We are “Green Builders” and EPA Certified General Contractors. Based in Belmont, California, we work primarily from San Jose to San Francisco, although there are exceptions. We specialize in additions, remodeling and new construction. We can also provide complete plans, specifications, and engineering for any construction project.

Saviano Builders will bid on all qualified projects as they are proposed; however, many of our clients choose to negotiate contracts. Negotiated contracts generally cost less, allowing clients to implement the most cost-effective design and scheduling possible.

Saviano Builders is also involved with commercial buildings, seismic bracing, foundation reinforcement, and other types of commercial and residential construction. We can also provide a wide variety of consulting services.
