Throughout the design process, we collaborate with you and the design team to provide feedback on cost, value and performance. We then help expedite the project through the approval process.

During this phase, we coordinate with utilities, obtain building permits, and obtain bids from subcontractors. We develop a project schedule and a detailed budget. You and your interior designer will select your finishes. We will provide expert guidance on selections to ensure you have the best materials and components available.

Throughout the construction phase, we will keep you involved. With regular progress reports and onsite meetings, we will consistently update you on the status of your project, its budget, schedule and selection status. Our commitment is to do what's best for you and your project.
