Kris started his career at an early age growing up in the
construction business. After watching homes being built his whole
life, he created a passion for the industry and knew this is what he
wanted to do for his career.
Kris attended Roger Williams University where he met
his business partner. During his junior year he wrote
his business plan for a modular home construction company located
outside of Boston. After college he worked as a design consultant for
a few modular manufacturers where he learned the ins and outs of the
factories. From there he took his passion for work and the modular
industry and Doug and Kris created Dreamline Modular Homes.
Fast forward to today and Kris has been involved in thousands of
modular builds and he himself has built over 100 homes in
Massachusetts alone. Known for his passion for the industry and
creative design approach of thinking “outside the box” Kris hopes to
take modular construction to the 21st century.
During his free time Kris enjoys playing the piano, time with his pug
Bob, and being with his friends and family.
Kris sits on the board for the MHBA (Modular Home Builders Association).
