Jeff has also been very helpful and informative. We really appreciated his updates throughout the pre-construction process. We’ve just moved on to the Construction phase with Brandon and he too has been great about keeping us informed. He has sent me pictures and videos of the pier drilling and concrete pouring process, which I really appreciate! We look forward to continuing our project and I feel very confident that we are in great hands. The communication we’ve had throughout the entire process so far has been exceptional!
Bryan and Tony... Brandon has done an amazing job closing this out. He has been responsive, offered great ideas/solutions when we have questions, and been very detail focused. True to Bryan's comments about your method of finishing the house every day, we may be the only people we know who don't have a move in day pushed back at the last minute! Really appreciative of the work you've all done to get us back home.

Our experience with Cason Graye Homes has been incredibly positive. Tony walked us through all these initial steps, and was very sensitive to our budgetary needs. He was very responsive to questions and never made us feel that he was overburdened by our many questions. All emails were answered very quickly and completely. Tony is a wonderful professional. We cannot say enough great things about him. We are probably the smallest house that Cason Graye has built over the years, but we were treated as if we were building a multi-million dollar house. Their Interior Designer has also been remarkable in helping us make all the choices and Jeff Rohrbach has also been wonderful in the pre-construction phase.

We built with Cason Graye Homes in 2014. I had worked in the residential construction industry in the past and had seen a lot of homeowners experience such negative situations while building their own custom homes, yet Bryan Phillips and his team consistently had happy homeowners complete the process. When it came time to build on our own lot, Cason Graye Homes was the only one I felt 100% confident in building our home for us. From the first meeting, we experienced complete professionalism and the desire to not only have a working relationship with the team, but also felt like we were friends with everyone we worked with. Our job site remained clean and well maintained throughout each stage, which spoke volumes about the respect the subcontractors had for Cason Graye Homes. We were able to stay on budget and build a wonderful quality home that has served as a happy gathering place for many friends, family and neighbors! I would recommend this company to other people without hesitation. The fact that the entire construction process has been accessible on Co-Construct is fantastic. I regularly check the schedule to see what the upcoming actions are. If I ever have any questions, I use the message board and receive a prompt response from whomever is responsible - be it the project manager, designer or accountant. It's a great tool and I really appreciate that Cason Graye realizes its value and encourages its use from both the client and staff. I have also been impressed with the responsiveness of our project manager. He typically responds the same day I post a question. If we ever need an immediate answer, he is always available by phone. I've actually recommended Cason Graye to a friend who is considering building in our area. I've explained the process and let him know how pleased we have been with Bryan and the entire Cason Graye team.
Brandon was fantastic and very attentive to detail and always followed through with everything while keeping us informed. Even when things went wrong, he just handled the issues without causing us any stress. I also liked how he took it upon himself to change or fix things when he thought they looked wrong... things that we would have never noticed. He didn't have to do that. He could have just let them go. I think it shows how much he really cares. I really liked using Co-Construct. It made it very easy to approve things and I loved being able to access everything about our project in one spot. The house only took 10 months to build from when they poured the slab until we moved in. I think that's incredible for a 4,800 sq ft custom home... especially right in the thick of Hurricane Harvey. The scheduling seemed to be on point. I went by the house pretty much every day and I rarely saw nobody there. Brandon had all the sub-contractors starting when the last guy finished. It was very well organized. I think the overall professionalism of Cason Graye Homes was very impressive. We have a lot of friends that are building a home or have recently built and after hearing their stories, I think our home building experience was/is by far better than any.

Overall organization: execution of different milestones/phases, utilizing CoConstruct, communication between team members Quality of build: execution was strong and high quality. Professionalism and dedication of team: they seem like they "really care", our third-party inspector noted that the house had high build quality and that our project manager "seemed like he cared", our home insurance provider also had to take pictures of the house (given it's rated a "high value home") and also noted the high construction quality (didn't have to say anything, but did).
Our Project Manager managed the contractors well with regards to scheduling and timelines. We were in our home exactly when we had hoped to be. Additionally, his communication via email was always courteous and thorough. The entire Cason Graye Team did an exceptional job communicating and partnering with us throughout the process.
We love our home and have Cason Graye to thank! It's been over two years since we moved in and our timeline was slow at times fixing things, but in the end, Cason Graye ALWAYS treated us fairly and resolved the issue. Extremely fair customer service. Very flexible during building process with me. I am a particular client with an eye for detail and Cason Graye worked tirelessly to achieve the look and quality we wanted throughout the construction process. The end product speaks volumes, our home is lovely.
