We were on our way to Philly from Buffalo for a wedding of two very important people in our lives and had an unfortunate breakdown. We had stopped in the area to have some fun at Hershey Park on Friday and on Saturday morning the car failed to start. After AAA towed it over the service here was nothing but impeccable. They stored all of our belongings in a secure area of the dealership, recommended places within walking distance to spend some time while we waited and promised to get us back on the road before they closed at 3 on a busy holiday weekend. They went above and beyond to help us out. We missed the rehearsal but made it to the rehearsal dinner and were able to spend time with our family and friends with minimal delay in our travel time. A special thank to Craig for coordinating this exemplary service. We are very grateful for all you did!

The next time you need a car stop into Faulkner Nissan. We drove from Lancaster to Harrisburg because Faulkner's online price was better that anything local. It was the easiest car purchase we have ever made thanks to Charlie Miller. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all about the most advanced computer and smart phone we've ever owned (aka the Nissan Murano).
Make sure to check out the completely new Murano. It is the best car we have owned including a BMW and Corvette. Okay, the Murano is not nearly as fast as the Corvette but the Nissan's comfort, safety and everyday driving outmatches it. If you buy a Nissan make sure to get the Tech Package. It is a bit expensive but the Intelligent Cruise Control should be renamed "Schuykill Expressway stop and go control". We set the cruise control in traffic and the car did the rest. Unless someone cuts you off or we came to a complete stop, we didn't have to hit the gas or brakes in all that traffic. It takes some time to get comfortable that the Murano is going to stop but it does. Also, the actual MPG was better than advertised. According to the computer we got 27.5 MPG on our 320 mile trip on the highway, stop and go traffic and some city. Thanks Faulkner Nissan and especially Charlie Miller!
I just leased my new Nissan Rogue from Faulkner yesterday. We worked with Julia from the Internet sales dept first and then with Darrell who was great. I am happy with the car and the experience was pleasant. I would recommend Faulkner Nissan for sure!
Just wanted to say thank you for selling me my car that I've had to get looked at MULTIPLE TIMES since I got it less than 3 months ago. First time being literally two days after I bought it for brake pad issues and the matt underneath convering the bottom of the car fell then again 3 weeks later for a busted flex rod and dead headlight now it's making a rattling noise, OH and to top it off my door handle on the driver side backseat handle came off just from me opening the door. Customer service was great for the sale though and congrats on getting me out of my money.
I originally bought my car in Maryland. When I moved here I needed a Nissan dealer and Falkner were recommended. I have been here a year, and in that time, my transmission broke down outside of Pittsburgh. I was towed back to Falkner.
The repair service that I got from them was outstanding! My car was back to me within a week. The loaner vehicle they gave me was newer than mine. The communication process was terrific.
I take my car to them for every oil change and inspection. No other dealer will touch my car. Falkner is outstanding!

Went to this dealership friday.. they set me up with Mike and his customer service was great... beyond great.. what we wanted was very few in detail... the poor guy had so little to go on except i habe 2 kids on in a car seat and a 14 year old and have to fit a 2 by 3 dog crate in the back and dont want red... he went through and found a rogue took an hour to go over all the features in the car including the functions before and after driving.... he checked on us repeatedly while we wait for the financial department to work on my things.
After all said and done... joshua in finances go all the paperwork together now running on limited time to get to work... he was also just as pleasurable as mike... my only complaint is that the customer service survey should also be on pre owned cars as well.... mike did such an exceptional job with us he should be noticed the same way for it as though it was a new car..

This was our 2nd purchase from Faulkner Nissan in Harrisburg. After visiting a dozen dealerships and test driving several vehicles, I contacted Cindy to find the exact model and features. The finance department and paperwork is typically the most challenging part of any big purchase. I reviewed all the options with Bill Harral from warranty, protection, financing, etc. I was amazed by his knowledge, calm demeanor, and patience to review details without upselling at every opportunity. He spent additional time to find the best finance options and was prompt when checking with his team. Kristyn stayed in touch to make sure we were satisfied and answered any questions. I love my Nissan Faulkner Dealership and Service Dept located at 3925 Paxton St. They are polite and professional but friendly, have a clean and cheery waiting area, clean bathrooms, your auto repairs are done in a timely manner, good service repair prices and a rewards program too. They have a shuttle van to take you to work or home while your car is being serviced and if applicable a loaner car to use if your car repairs exceed 1 day. All this with a smile, a handshake or a hug. I have been a happy and satisfied customer and friend of theirs since 2011. ???
Giving Faulkner Nissan's Joe Bradley 5 stars. I am a discriminating and seldom pleaed customer. Joe Bradley stands out far above prior sales experiences across any product I have purchased. Joe worked tirelessly to bring my daughter the car we had searched to find at a reasonable price and meeting all expectations of, respect, flexibility and working through both his business presence as well as his personal outside hours to keep the sale with us alive. It is again worth mentioning that I am a particularly hard to satisfy customer and Joe took all my expectations into account and made a deal for us we could be happy with where others were happy to move on and not go the extra mile to seal the deal. Kudos to Joe for making both my daughter and I happy, her with the great value found with Faulkner and Joe for adding the value to the customer journey (we drove from Long Island - so it was literally a journey) to find our expectations met and in fact exceeded. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Daniel was very knowledgeable and friendly. We joked around, talked about our families, and I felt very comfortable about being there and making a big financial decision. The finance guys were great and made the whole paper signing process less boring. I am beyond happy with my Sentra. This car packs a major punch for the price, it feels like luxury but with an affordable price tag. My husband loves it and my 2 year old son loves it so much that he even asked me if he could drive the new Nissan lol. I would definitely recommend everyone to come to Faulkner for a new car, you can tell that they really care about taking care of their customers.

I just took delivery today of my 5th new car from Faulkner. I was initially disappointed to learn Nicole is no longer there as she was who I always dealt with. I was pleasantly amazed at the level of customer service that I received from both Julia and Holly today. For this reason along with the unbeatable pricing I continue to receive, I will continue to drive over an hour away from home to patronize Faulkner. I worked with George and he was an amazing car salesman. Any information I asked for he was able to provide: car fax , service records, etc and answered damn there all my car questions regarding to damn there every part of the car I wanted. Great conversation and professionalism. After everything went through it made me wonder why this guy isn’t a manager and he made it clear that he enjoy what he do. It was a great experience regardless of all the negative things people say about dealerships , I’m currently serving and they took care of me.
