Ultimate Contractors Inc. is based in Miami, Florida and qualified by Luis M. Perez and Alexander L. Perez. We have the benefit of being a family owned company, having countless amounts of years of experience passed through the generations. We are a fully licensed, insured, and bondable since we opened our doors in 1994. Our passion for getting it right, our integrity to the whole, and our construction skills and experience are what make the "Ultimate" difference.
