My husband and I just moved into our brand new home this past weekend. Nicole and Brandon far exceeded our expectations of building!! Nicole took what can sometimes be an overwhelming process and turned it into something super stress free and fun! Brandon was always onsite daily ensuring all went well. First, thank you so much for building such a beautiful house that we’re lucky enough to call home. Also, thank you for being so accommodating during our move. The ability to store our belongings in the garage allowed us to save some money and a lot of stress. We know you didn’t have to grant us access and appreciate your kindness. We just finished our build with Silvertree Homes and couldn’t be happier. We knew what we wanted the end result to look like, but had no idea how to get there. With Nicole’s design help and Brandon’s hard work we got the look exactly what we were after. You can tell Brandon and Nicole take pride in every house they build, and they are just great down to earth people. We are so happy we chose Silvertree to build our home.
We’ve been in our home for almost one year. It truly is amazing and has felt like like home from day one. Brandon and Nicole are a fantastic team along with all the other people and companies who help them build. We have nothing but good things to say! From the beginning, they accommodated our long distance decision making, they answered emails and texts and phone calls promptly and even on the weekends! I feel they went above and beyond to help us choose a lot, a house plan, and then all the fun details that go into building our home. It was actually fun! They made sure we were up to date on timelines and made us aware if there were any delays (which there weren’t many). And now, even after it’s been complete, they still take time to answer questions and stop over if we have questions or concerns. I cannot say enough good things about Silvertree Homes!
