Elevation Home Builders

Elevation Home Builders is a product of Certified Graduate Builder and Designer Amy Pretorius and Builder/Project Manager Nate Knause coming together in one unified company to deliver an exceptional product.  Amy’s past accomplishments include the successful Peninsula Neighborhood Subdivision in Iowa City and has spent over 10 years in construction.  Nate was the 2015 Parade of Homes Winner and has spent over 12 years in commercial construction management.  As of 2017 together they have built over 320 residential units ranging from Single family to condominium and over 18 commercial units ranging from $200K to $7.2M.  (maybe some pics of us that are not the same as the first page).
